LAZY DAY LEMON CHIFFON PIE 
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 graham cracker crust

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.

In another bowl combine condensed milk, lemon juice, food coloring and mix well. Fold in egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill 3 hours.
