ORANGE ICE CREAM PIE 
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. shredded coconut

Heat orange juice to boiling; remove and add Jello stirring until dissolved. Cut ice cream into mixture and stir until dissolved. Fold in coconut and chill for 30 minutes. Then pour into 8" or 9" pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream if so desired. Serves 6.
