ZUCCHINI AND SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. sausage meat
1 onion
1 lb. mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. zucchini

While spaghetti is cooking, brown sausage meat until pink. Add soup and stir. Cook for 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until zucchini is tender. Pour over spaghetti. Top with grated cheese.
