WORLD'S BEST SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2 - 5 c. flour

Cream sugars and butter together. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls; press with glass or fork dipped in sugar. (Can use colored sugars.) Sprinkle generously with sugar again on tops. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
