BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. oat bran
1 1/2 c. wheat bran
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 c. raisins (soak in water 1/2 - 1 hr. before adding)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients and let soak 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the following dry ingredients: 1/3 c. unbleached flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
