BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. raw bran
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. raw honey
2 tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a fork to beat together egg, honey, milk and corn oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in lightly greased muffin cups for 15 minutes.
