PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 prepared pie crusts
1 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Line 9-inch pie pan with prepared pie crust. Pour in filling. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake in a hot oven, 450°F, for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake 35 minutes longer.
