STAG PARTY STEW 
2 lb. beef roast, cut in serving size pieces
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 1/2 slices bread, crumbled
1 lg. onion, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
4 carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 sliced green pepper
1/2 c. dry red wine

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. Thicken with cornstarch if not thick enough. Great over noodles and cornbread.
