CHUCK ROAST | |
Chuck roast or flank steak, 3-5 lbs. 1 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. sherry 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. powdered ginger 2 cloves crushed garlic Marinate meat in remaining ingredients for 1 hour or longer. Roast at 350 degrees in covered pan in small amount of marinade, allowing 3 to 4 hours cooking or until meat is very tender. |
