1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. dried onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
6 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients well and place in greased baking 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Good with ground sausage added.
