1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 egg
1 pkg. jalapeo cornbread mix

Sauté the onion in butter. Mix all together. Pour in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°F.
