SAUCY HAM | |
1/2 inch slice(s) center cut cooked ham 2 tbsp. Gulden's prepared mustard 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. water Brown ham slices in large skillet. Remove and keep warm. Mix rest of ingredients and add to skillet. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add ham to skillet, turning to coat, just enough to heat through. The sauce adds extra zest to ham steak, as well as rice, noodles, mashed potatoes that can be served as side dishes. |
