OREO DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cooking
1 stick butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Take Oreo cookies and crush them. Add melted butter to cookies. Spread in oblong pan. Reserve 1/3 to 1/2 cups cookie crumbs for topping. Mix pudding and milk in 1 bowl. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold into pudding. Mix well. Spread over cookie crumbs, then add Cool Whip over mixture. Sprinkle with extra cookie crumbs on top.
