1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
12 oz. whipped topping
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. milk
3 oz. box French vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and spread half on the bottom of 11 x 17 inch pan. Blend whipped topping, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter using a mixer. In another bowl, combine pudding, milk and vanilla. Beat until its the consistency of pudding. Combine both mixtures and pour over the layer of cookies. Top with the remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate until serving time.

Fun ideas: Use a clean plastic 23 x 6 x 6 inch flower tray instead of 11 x 17 inch pan. Use a plastic shovel or garden spade to serve. Put gummy worms inside and on top.
