1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. French Vanilla Pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. Oreo's

Mix pudding and milk. Cream Cool Whip, cream cheese, vanilla, butter and powdered sugar. Combine them together until smooth.

Crumble 1/2 to 2/3 package of Oreo's in bottom of pan. Pour mixture over it and top with remaining crumbled cookies.

Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
