CREAMY COCONUT PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Beat cream cheese until softened; beat in sugar. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add coconut and Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.
