COCONUT CREAM PIE 
2 env. Dream Whip
2 3/4 c. cold milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. coconut, toasted
1 graham cracker pie crust

Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup of milk as directed on package using a large bowl. Add remaining milk (1 3/4 cups) and pudding mix. Blend; then beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in coconut. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. This is light and fluffy.
