BEANS SUPREME 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (1 lb., 13 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated

Brown meat in drippings in a heavy skillet. Add onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are lightly browned. Add tomatoes, soup, beans, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
