FUDGE PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Combine butter with chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 30 to 45 seconds until melted, stir and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl, beat until well blended using electric mixer on low speed. Add flour, mix until smooth. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. May be served with ice cream and fudge sauce if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
