SUET PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. ground suet (make sure the suet is GOOD)
1 c. sour milk
1 c. seedless raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt

VANILLA SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together adding the flour and raisins last. Pour into a round 9 x 3 pan (greased). STREAM the pudding for 2/1 2 to 3 hours. Serve with hot vanilla sauce.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and gradually add boiling water until of right consistency to spread on cake.
