SUET PUDDING 
2 c. finely chopped beef suet
1 jar mince meat
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ginger
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. brandy
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients; add eggs, milk, etc. Mix well. Grease 5 pound coffee can. Pour ingredients in can and cover with waxed paper and rubber band to hold waxed paper in place.

Place coffee can in boiling water; let boil for 3-4 hours on medium heat. Remove from heat; let stand to cool for 1-2 hours. Pudding should look moist on top. Then turn can upside down onto plate to remove.
