SUET PUDDING 
1 c. suet, ground
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. syrup, dark or light
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
5 c. flour

Mix all together and steam for 3 hours. Serve with a hot caramel sauce and cold or warm pudding and whipped cream. (This is my mother's recipe which she made for the holidays.)
