3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 box vanilla wafer type cookies
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Cream egg, vanilla and sugar. Add softened cream cheese. Put cookie in tart papers and 1 teaspoon of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8 minutes. Top with pie filling of your choice.
