CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Line the bottom of cupcake paper with a vanilla wafer. Fill 3/4 way full and bake 15-20 minutes or until set in 350 degree oven.

The tarts will settle slightly as they cool. Top with choice of pie fillings or fruit. Refrigerate. Makes 1 dozen.
