FROSTY MELON 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (red)
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water or drained fruit syrup
1 med. cantaloupe
1 c. drained fruit
2 or 3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
Lettuce or watercress

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until very thick. Meanwhile peel melon, leaving it whole. Cut a slice from one end. Scoop out seeds and drain well. Fold fruit into Jello and spoon into melon. Place melon upright in a bowl. Replace cut slice and fasten with toothpicks. Chill. Before serving blend cream cheese and milk until smooth and fluffy. Cut a thin slice from one side of melon for a firm base. Place on plate and spread cheese over melon. Garnish with greens, cantaloupe with red Jello or honey dew with green.
