CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pan cornbread
1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon
2 lg. onions
2 bell peppers
4 tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish

Cool cornbread and crumble. Fry bacon and crumble into cornbread. Chop onions and peppers and add to above mixture. Just before serving add chopped tomatoes and mix in mayonnaise and pickle relish.
