1 chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Flaked coconut
9x13 inch pan

Bake cake according to directions. Poke holes with large fork. Pour Eagle Brand over cake. Cool. Spread Cool Whip and coconut on cake. Refrigerate.
