ROAST CHICKEN | |
1 stick celery, diced 3 1/2 lb. roasting chicken 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter, softened 1 onion, quartered Cut up celery. Season chicken with seasonings. Bake in oven at 350°F for 1 hour or until done. |
