SWEET POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. can sweet potatoes
1 tsp. honey
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. ground pecans
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Place in baking dish. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees, 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows and return to oven until golden brown.
