SCALLOPED VEGETABLES 
1 c. cooked vegetables such as asparagus, carrots, cabbage
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. scalded milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 - 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs

Mix together in casserole. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
