SLICED PICKLES 
6 cucumbers, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar

Combine cucumbers, pepper, onions and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before using. Makes 1 quart.
