3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together first 4 ingredients. In another bowl, mix together last 4 ingredients. Add to first mixture. Pour into greased bundt pan; bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes; cool. Place on cake dish and frost.

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix together and frost cake.
