HAMBURGER ROLL - UPS 
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
6 slices boiled ham, 1/8 inches thick
Whole cloves
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
1 (8 oz.) can cling-peach sliced, drained
1/2 c. drained canned pineapple chunks
1/2 c. green grapes

About one hour and 10 minutes before serving. In medium bowl soak crumbs in milk a few minutes. Combine with beef, minced onion, Worcestershire, seasoned salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread some of the meat mixture on each ham slice; roll up, jelly roll fashion.

Place seam side down side by side in oblong baking dish and stud each with 3 cloves. In small saucepan, into butter stir brown sugar and orange juice, cook until sugar is melted; stir in mustard. Pour over ham rolls, bake 45 minutes basting occasionally. Add apricots, peaches, pineapple and grapes. Bake 10 minutes longer.
