BIG JAKE'S COWBOY BEEF 
1 or 2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper (red, yellow or green)
1 jalapeno or green pepper
salt and pepper
seasoning salt
garlic powder
tortillas or rolls (whatever you prefer)
vegetable oil or butter

Begin by putting a little butter or oil in skillet, add all vegetables and cook until al dente. Add beef and cook all together until meat is browned and veggies tender to the bite.

You can freeze beef for upcoming beef dinners (such as spaghetti or hamburger helper). Or spoon over tortillas and top with salsa or ladle over rolls and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Simple enough for any cowboy to make.

Freezes well.
