PECAN SANDIES | |
1/2 lb. Falfurias butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour Cream butter and sugar. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Add flour; blend well. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover bottom of a glass with damp cloth and squish cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (edges lightly browned). |
