MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
12 tbsp. cornstarch (1 c.)
1 c. flour

Mix in order given and make into small balls. Put on well greased cookie sheet. Dampen finger and flatten center of cookie. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Frost in center: 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. almond extract Juice of 1/2 lemon Milk to thin as needed
