MELTING MOMENT COOKIES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. Argo cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. Mazola butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir first three ingredients in large bowl. With mixer at medium speed, beat butter until smooth, beat in flour mixture, add vanilla and blend. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape in 1 inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until edges of cookies are slightly brown. Makes about three dozen. (Be sure to press cookies with fork before baking.)

FOR CHOCOLATE COOKIES: Sift 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/4 teaspoon salt to dry ingredients and place a nut on top of each mashed cookie before baking.
