4 strips chopped bacon, save drippings
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans French style green beans
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown chopped bacon and onions. Drain beans and mix in almonds. Place bean mixture in casserole. Pour onions, bacon and drippings over beans. Add soup and mix together. Top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
