GREEK CHICKEN 
1 or 2 frying size chickens
Lemon
Paprika
Olive oil
Ground oregano

Rub chickens with olive oil all over. Sprinkle oregano and paprika all over. Squeeze 1 lemon (per chicken) over chicken. Add water to casserole dish to make nice juices, 1 to 2 inches water. Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours; turn every 30 minutes. May add quartered potatoes to juices halfway through.
