GREEK CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. butter
1 whole cut up lemon
1 tsp. oregano
8 to 10 pieces of your favorite chicken
Pinch of salt and pepper

Marinate chicken in remainder of ingredients in covered bowl overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put in larger pan. Cover with foil and cook 40 to 50 minutes. Every 15 minutes baste meat with juice.
