TIA JUANITA TACO SALAD RECIPE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. Tia Juanita Taco Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 can pinto beans (or chili beans)
4 c. lettuce, torn into small pieces
2 tomatoes, diced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, 4 oz.
Ripe olives
Taco chips

Saute onions in small amount of oil until tender. Add meat and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add Tia Juanita Taco Sauce and seasonings. Add water and simmer for about ten minutes. Add beans and heat thoroughly.

Arrange lettuce on a large platter. Make a ring of cheese on the outer edge, then a row of diced tomatoes. Place meat mixture in the center or serve separately on other platter. Place taco chips on outer edge of platter and garnish with ripe olives. Serves 6.
