HAM SLICE MARINATED IN APRICOT
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. water or apricot brandy
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 center cut ham slice 1" thick

Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Heat until preserves melt. Slash fat edges of ham. Pour sauce over ham. Refrigerate overnight. Grill 5 minutes each side. Brush with marinade. Serve remaining marinade warmed up with grilled ham slices.
