HAM AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
3 c. chopped, cooked ham
2 med. green peppers, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. uncooked reg. rice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. water
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
