RHUBARB CAKE 
White cake mix (reduce liquid)
3 c. drained raw rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

For example: A Betty Crocker Super Moist which calls for 1 1/3 cups water, reduce water to 3/4 cup.

Grease pan.

Mix cake mix and water only. Stir rhubarb, sugar and unwhipped whipping cream together. Pour cake mixture into greased pan. Pour rhubarb mixture onto cake mixture. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. May serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
