QUICK CASSEROLE DINNER | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 2 tbsp. flour 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce with mushrooms 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Brown beef, onion and celery in skillet; drain fat, stir in flour, sauce, seasonings, peas; simmer 5 minutes. Pour into shallow baking dish. Top with biscuits and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Six servings. |
