MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. macaroni rings, cooked & drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
1 (16-20 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drain & save juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Bananas (opt.)

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter

Save pineapple juice and cocktail juice to make about 2 cups. Add dressing ingredients and cook over low heat until thick. Cool. Add to fruit and macaroni. Chill.
