OVEN OMELETTE 
1 1/2 doz. eggs, scrambled
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together. Prepare: Chopped green pepper Chopped onion 3/4-1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar or any kind)

In a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan (glass looks nice) layer eggs, onions, mushrooms, green pepper, cheese and repeat. Do this day before serving. Refrigerate. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
