OVEN OMELETTE 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Melt butter in oven in 9 x 13-inch pan and coat bottom of pan. In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onions. Pour into pan. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
