8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (9 in.) unbaked pie shell

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla -- mix well. Add eggs, mix well. Spread mixture in the pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients -- mix well. Carefully pour over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
