CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
7 oz. marshmallow cream
3/4 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
chopped walnuts (if desired)

In a heavy pan, melt the butter. Add the evaporated milk and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes; keep stirring. Remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Beat until all is blended. Add walnuts. Pour into a greased baking pan and let it cool. Note: Peanut butter chips, or any other flavor, may be substituted for the chocolate chips. Do not use "lite" butter.
